A Simple Experiment For You…

Have you ever stopped to think about your own beliefs? Your own values? Your own rules that govern your life?

What words and stories fill the pages of the book of your life?

From the very moment you were born you’ve been told story after story that developed your mind and ultimately the experience you have in your life today. You have been taught what is right and what is wrong.

You have been conditioned to support some ideas and reject others.

You have been taught to believe certain religious beliefs, to think a certain way about animals, to perceive money and wealth a certain way.

Every single thing you have ever experienced is locked away inside your mind, inside your memory and all of it is linked together in a vast and complex network in your brain.

All of those experiences are linked to certain things by the meaning you attach to them. Most of them were chosen for you by friends, family, culture, media, and other sources of input.

A lot of it depends on where you live and where you grew up and developed the major ideas about your life.

If you grew up in the southern part of the USA, you have certain ideas about hospitality and probably a predominate religion that most people follow that live in or are from the south.

If you grew up or live in Asia, you have different ideas about certain rituals and discipline.

If you grew up or live in some primitive tribe in a remote part of some jungle you probably will never read this.

Let’s do a simple little experiment so you can understand more clearly what I am talking about.

For example, when I say “dog” what pops up in your mind?

Is it a loyal fun loving pet who licks your face and wags its tail whenever it sees you?

Is it dinner? (Yes some people eat dogs)

Is it a dirty filthy flea carrying beast?

What does your mind link with the word and idea of a dog? What were your results?

Some people eat dogs, some people hate dogs, some people are afraid of dogs, and some people love dogs like family members.

What is the difference between these people?

It is their experience, conditioning, beliefs, values and rules in which they govern their life by.

Everyone starts out fresh with a clean book of fresh pages so to speak but that book quickly gets written in by other people trying to preserve their own experience, conditioning, beliefs, values and rules.

It is good to learn from others but not until you have expanded your awareness about what it is you are intentionally trying to learn.

The challenge is that if you remove yourself from where you have been mentally and emotionally your entire life, and enter a different environment, whatever the predominate way of thinking is there will be almost forced on you.

And sometimes people can create a situation that can get very uncomfortable to say the least.

You feel like you don’t fit in or even worse you can start to feel wrong for what you believe, even if your beliefs serve you.

What you must understand is that you have a choice. You have a choice as to what fill your mind with from this point on.

You have a choice how you will form your beliefs. You have a choice how you will condition your own mind. You have a choice as to what you will put in those pages of your book.

The only thing you need to do is understand that your life is a story that you are writing as you go through it.

Other people do not control you, or what you do, or write your story. No one else can.

That is what is so great about BANABU. It only enhances who you already are and amplifies all of the good things about you.

It wraps itself around you, your beliefs, your strengths, and your life.

BANABU does not have you conform to anything but what you choose to believe because it serves you.

BANABU gives you options to create an extraordinary life by simply being you!

I would never conform to what someone else wanted me to be and I would never expect (or even suggest for that matter) that you do.

You can accept or reject this idea, and that is just one more story you have written in the book of your life.

Go through your copy of the 11 Principles and really start to think about each principle as you go through it. Each time you do you get stronger muscles, emotionally, spiritually, financially, mentally, and physically.

Take ownership of yourself. Become aware of what your truth is in your life. Not the truth you may have bought into because you feel like it is what you are supposed to do or be.

The truth that serves you in being happy. The truth about you that make you heart fill with joy, excitement and passion for life.

And if you are having a hard time finding that truth, surround yourself with people, places, information, ideas, and energy that support and empower you in finding or creating that truth in your life.
